Work (and play) hard with this 4-1/2 pound Plyometrics Medicine Ball by Sportime. The 8 inch diameter ball features a glossy red color and revolutionary high-tech vinyl material. Exercise ball is designed from rotational molding, which produces a virtually indestructible, seamless, soft, and rubber-like shell with etched seam ridges for easy gripping. Although other ball colors/sizes may be shown, please note that this red ball (2 kilograms or approximately 4-1/2 pounds) is sold individually. Complement with lower or heavier weight exercise balls (sold separately) for challenging different body areas and advancing/lower activity levels as needed. If you use weighted balls for training and wish to focus on the same muscle groups, ball sizes must remain constant, regardless of weight.
