Although other ball colors/sizes may be shown, please note that this orange ball (6 kilograms or approximately 13 pounds) is sold individually. Complement with lower weight exercise balls (sold separately) for challenging different body areas and advancing/lower activity levels as needed. If you use weighted balls for training and wish to focus on the same muscle groups, ball sizes must remain constant, regardless of weight.
