A standard athletic valve in the ball allows you to adjust the size, bounce, and resistance for each ball as you please. Set includes 12 balls. The product is latex-free for individuals with latex allergies. Please note: This ball is packaged and shipped inflated. For a firmer ball inflate by inserting a moistened pump needle (not included, Item # 087922) and fill to desired firmness (3-5 lbs). To adjust firmness, insert the needle to let out air to desired firmness or deflate completely.
